The numbered rules covering registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and gameplay, with figures only where they are published.
Terms and Conditions
This document is a reference, not an essay. Sections are numbered so that a specific rule can be found and quoted. Figures are stated only where the operator publishes them; where a condition exists but its exact figure is not published, that is said, with a pointer to the operator's full terms, rather than filled in with a plausible-looking number.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the ReefSpins Casino website and everything you do through a registered account: opening and holding the account, depositing and withdrawing, claiming and clearing bonuses, playing any game in the lobby, and using the responsible gambling controls. They apply to every page of this site and to every device you access it from.
2. Acceptance and changes
Registering an account confirms that you have read these terms and agree to them. Terms are updated from time to time, and the version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of your account after an update means you accept the revised version. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the account and request its closure.
The English-language version of these terms is the reference version for Australian players. Where a translated version conflicts with the English text, the English text applies.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
- You must register in your own name and act on your own behalf, not for anyone else.
- Registration must not be made from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited for you.
4. One account per player
Each player may hold one account only. The rule applies per person, per household, per email address, per payment instrument and per IP address.
Duplicate accounts, once identified, are closed. Bonuses claimed through a duplicate are void, and winnings derived from a voided bonus can be forfeited. Where duplicate registration was accidental, contact support: the outcome for an honest mistake identified early is not the outcome for a deliberate attempt to claim an offer twice.
5. Verification (KYC)
Verification is a legal requirement, not a formality, and it is normally requested before a first withdrawal.
You may be asked for:
- a government-issued photo identity document (passport, driving licence or equivalent);
- proof of address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement;
- proof that the payment method used belongs to you.
Documents must be legible, current and complete, with all corners visible. Until verification is complete, withdrawals are not processed, and the account may have limited functionality. A completed verification unlocks withdrawals and reduces the chance of further checks on later payouts.
Details entered at registration must match the documents supplied. A mismatch between the account name and the identity document is the most common cause of a delayed payout.
6. Underage accounts
Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are suspended on discovery and closed. Gameplay is void, winnings are cancelled, and net deposits are returned through the original payment method once identity is established. No bonus value is payable in these circumstances.
7. Inactive accounts
An account that goes unused for an extended period is not closed automatically, is not drained, and is not charged fees for sitting idle. Your balance remains yours.
Reactivation may require a fresh identity check, and where verification has lapsed or documents have expired, updated documents will be requested before any withdrawal is processed. Where an inactivity or administration charge applies to a specific account status, the amount is stated in the operator's full published terms; nothing of that kind is applied without being documented there first.
8. Deposits
- Minimum deposit to activate the welcome bonus: $20. Deposit less and the bonus does not trigger.
- General minimum deposit outside a promotion: reported as $10 by independent review databases. Thresholds differ by payment type, so check the cashier before funding.
- Accepted methods: PayID, Instant Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Neosurf, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Tether and USD Coin.
- Account currencies available: AUD, USD or cryptocurrency. Where a payment is made in a currency other than the account currency, conversion is applied at the rate used by the payment provider at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits must come from a payment instrument in your own name.
Where a deposit is not followed by a reasonable level of gameplay, the operator's full terms reserve the right to apply a handling charge on the refunded amount. The exact rate and the activity threshold that triggers it are set out in those terms, and they should be read before you deposit an amount you expect to withdraw again unused.
9. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal: $10 or currency equivalent.
- Standard limit: $15,000 per month.
- Instant Bank Transfer: capped separately at $2,500 per day.
- PayID processing time: up to 48 hours during business hours, up to 72 hours outside them.
- Processing times for cards, bank transfers and cryptocurrency are not published. Ask support before relying on a particular timeframe.
Withdrawals are returned to the method used to deposit wherever the method supports it. Verification must be complete before a payout is released. Where an account's cumulative activity qualifies it for different limits than the standard ones above, the applicable tier and its ceilings are set out in the operator's full published terms.
10. Bonuses: general rules
Promotions run on their own terms, and those terms sit alongside this document rather than being replaced by it. Before opting into any offer, read the specific conditions attached to it, because campaigns differ from one another in value, duration and requirements.
Rules that apply across offers:
- Bonus eligibility is enforced per account, per household, per email address and per IP address. Multiple claims across linked accounts are treated as abuse.
- Offers are for newly registered players unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Opting in must happen before the qualifying deposit. Bonuses are not applied retrospectively.
- A bonus can be declined. Playing with an unencumbered balance is always available.
- Where a product other than the casino is covered by a promotion, that product's own bonus terms apply. Do not assume the rules of one carry over to the other.
11. The Welcome Bonus Package
New players registering from Australia may claim a Welcome Bonus Package of up to $1,000 in total across the first three deposits. A 100% match, capped at $300, applies to the first of those deposits.
Conditions:
- Bonus funds may be played on pokies and slots only, with jackpot titles excluded.
- The activating deposit is $20.
- Wagering requirements apply before bonus funds and winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The multiplier, the maximum permitted bet while wagering, and the period allowed to complete it are stated on the Promotions page and in the offer terms you accept when you opt in. Read them at that point: exceeding a maximum bet limit, or letting the period lapse, can void the bonus and the winnings attached to it.
- Where a game type is excluded or contributes at a reduced rate towards a wagering requirement, the contribution table for that promotion applies. Live dealer games and certain low-margin titles commonly contribute less than pokies, or nothing at all, so check the table before choosing where to play through a bonus.
- Unused bonus funds are forfeited once the promotional period ends. Check the expiry date before opting in.
The breakdown of the second and third deposit offers is published by the operator on its Promotions page. Sources outside the operator disagree on those percentages, so take the figures from the live page rather than from a review.
12. Gameplay
Game outcomes are determined by the supplier's random number generator, or by the physical deal in live dealer games, and cannot be influenced by the operator or the player.
Where a game malfunctions, affected rounds are void and stakes for those rounds are returned. A malfunction does not create an entitlement to a winning outcome that a faulty round appeared to display. If a round is interrupted by a lost connection, the outcome is settled by the game supplier's own rules, which normally complete the round on the server side.
13. Responsible gambling controls
Two controls are available in your account under Preferences:
- Deposit limits, on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle. Reductions apply immediately. Increases and removals are held for a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Self-exclusion, for a term of six months to five years. Once active it runs its full course and cannot be shortened, reversed or waived on request.
Both can also be arranged through support. Independent, free and confidential support in Australia is available from Gambling Help Online at https://www.gamblinghelponline.org.au/, and BetStop, the Australian Government's National Self-Exclusion Register, operates at https://www.betstop.gov.au/ as an independent resource covering Australian-licensed wagering services. Further detail is on the Responsible Gambling page of this site.
14. Operator and licensing
ReefSpins operates under CuraƧao gambling law. No licence number is published by the operator, and the independent databases tracking the site confirm that no number is disclosed. Independent review databases name Digibrite SRL as the operating company; the site itself does not publish a corporate name, so that identification comes from those databases rather than from the operator.
ReefSpins holds no Australian licence and is not supervised by an Australian gambling regulator. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim to Australian regulatory approval.
15. Prohibited conduct
The following will result in account closure and may result in forfeiture of funds obtained through them:
- using another person's identity, payment method or documents;
- collusion between accounts, or use of automated software or bots;
- exploiting a fault in a game or in the platform rather than reporting it;
- attempting to disguise your location in order to bypass access restrictions;
- deliberately structuring deposits or gameplay to abuse a promotion.
16. Complaints and disputes
Raise any complaint with support first, through live chat or email, with your registered email address, the dates involved, and screenshots or transaction references where relevant. Complaints are acknowledged and investigated, and you will receive a written response.
If the outcome does not resolve the matter, ask in writing for the complaint to be escalated and for the operator's final position, together with the details of the dispute route available under its licence. Because the site operates offshore, no Australian ombudsman has jurisdiction over the account, and this document does not claim access to a remedy that does not exist. Keeping your own dated records is what makes an escalation workable.
17. Liability
The site and its games are provided as they stand. The operator is not liable for losses arising from your own gameplay decisions, from a connection or device failure at your end, or from a third-party service outside its control. Nothing in this clause limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
18. Contact
Account and general questions: [email protected]. Payment questions: [email protected]. Verification documents and questions: [email protected]. Live chat is available on the site. No support telephone line is published, so treat any phone call claiming to represent ReefSpins Casino Australia as suspicious and never disclose your password or a payment code.
